Here is a scene made in unity, there are objects made by Zerkalo_TMY and a barrel made by me.
Also included is a GIF of the idle animation of a "person" modeled in Blender.
To make the animation first you create the body of the thing you want to animate. Then you rig it up with "bones" which essentially give you a way to map parts of your body to specific bones, which in turn allow you to move each bone individually and animate the body.
